last night my mother-in-law made a DELICIOUS and healthy dinner
for my brother-in-law's birthday
she made turkey meatballs in arrabbiata sauce with spaghetti squash
you need to try it
first make these mini turkey meatballs by giada
use rao's sauce with the meatballs
also buy one of these spaghetti squashes
then follow these directions to prepare the squash
(i am not sure of how she did it- but this will work)
serve with salad and bread for sides.
if you eat three meatballs, a cup of spaghetti squash, some salad, and a half of a roll
it will be under 300 calories!
what a miracle
if you make yummy chocolate cake like my sister-in-law did for dessert, however,
it will be over 300 calories :)
but sometimes you just need to eat cake
