lose it!

we (me, the husband and a couple friends) are counting calories
and it is actually fun
cause we have this iphone app called lose it!


it is amazing



you tell it your current weight, goal weight
and how many pounds you want to lose a week
(ps this isn't my real plan, just images from the internet :)



then you enter in every thing you eat
and it counts the calories for you



then you enter in how many calories you lost working out
and it factors that in and says that you can eat more!



THEN you can be "friends" with others on the app
and they can hold you accountable
and encourage you
